With our 10 years of event management experience, we manage the wedding day from start to finish - taking care of all the details from big to small - to allow our couples the time to enjoy every moment of their special day.
Our Wedding Day Coordination Service includes:
- Two (2) dedicated GK team members for up to 10 hours
- One venue walkthrough
- Set up/breakdown of client provided event decor/supplies
- Event timeline creation and management
- Vendor Point of Contact and management for all confirmed vendors during your wedding celebration
- Final Payments/Gratuities to Vendors at the end of event
- Scheduled communication/planning meetings
