Signature Wedding Coordination

We handle the stress so you can be a guest.

At GK Events and Design, we provide a high-touch logistical takeover for couples who have done all the planning and are ready to be guests at their own wedding.

Expertise You Can Trust: With 10 years of event management experience, we dive into your details at least 90 days out. We meticulously review your contracts, conduct venue walkthroughs, and align every moving part to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly.

Our "Two-Lead" Standard: We believe one person can't be in two places at once. Every Signature package includes two Lead Coordinators to ensure seamless coverage: we simultaneously manage logistics and setup while ensuring you and your wedding party are cared for.

Your Only Job is to Celebrate: From hand-off to the final dance, we're your steady hand. Your only responsibility on wedding day is to be present and soak in every beautiful moment.
